From the safety of their suburban stretch circle, the team navigates big questions and wages tiny battles with all the vim and vigor of a pack of adolescent warriors. A portrait of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for nine American girls who just want to score some goals.
#7's the striker. She's always been the striker, but she's more than that. She thinks cursing is cool, she knows a lot but doesn't care, she's dedicated to soccer, and nevertheless a damn good striker. Although she tries to be nonchalant, she cares about lots of things: soccer, politics, her best friend #14, and her team. She's always a part of the team no matter how rough around the edges she may seem.
